SKIN1004 - Madagascar Centella Tone Brightening Boosting Toner – a mild exfoliating and brightening toner formulated with Centella Asiatica Extract, Niacinamide, and MadeWhite™ patented extract. Enriched with natural fruit extracts, it gently removes dead skin cells and boosts the absorption of subsequent skincare. The lightweight, watery texture supplements hydration while refining tone and texture for a clearer complexion.
