ROVECTIN - Cica Care Balancing Toner, 260ml – a soothing, lightweight balancing toner that calms redness, delivers hydration and strengthens the skin barrier while prepping skin for serums and essences.

Product contains:

Centella Asiatica (Cica) – soothes irritation and reduces redness to calm sensitive skin.
Hyaluronic Acid – provides multi-layer hydration to plump and smooth the skin surface.
Ceramides – reinforce the skin’s barrier to lock in moisture and protect against environmental stressors.

How to use:
